It worked. It just never felt like ours.

The problem: Builder basic finishes. No storage. No personality. The kind of room every guest uses and nobody thinks about. You deserve better than that.

The decisions: A dresser converted into a vanity brought warmth and storage into a room that had neither. Wall paneling gave the space architecture. A patterned tile floor replaced the laminate that had no business being in a bathroom. Small choices, made carefully, that turned a forgotten room into one people comment on.

The result: One of the first things people mention when they come over. A room that finally feels like it belongs in the house.

After renovation: A powder room with light gray walls and wainscoting, a wood vanity with a white vessel sink, a black faucet, and a black-framed mirror.
